  • Episode 16 - The title is derived from the song "My Funny Valentine" by Richard Rodgers and Lorenz Hart for the 1937 musical Babes in Arms.
  • Episode 09 - Shawn's poetry was actually written by Rider Strong.
  • Episode 15 - Goof (errors made by characters, possibly deliberate errors by the filmmakers): When Cory and Shawn stop by at the restaurant and are ordering their food Cory orders "The Best Hash Brown in the World", but he gets macaroni and cheese instead.
  • Episode 06 - Goof (continuity error): Eric, Jack, and Rachel get done eating at the counter. Replacing the tablecloth, it ends up long on the sides and short on the ends. When the camera pans back to the counter, the tablecloth is even on all four sides.
