  • Episode 16 - Goof (continuity error): When Brennan and Booth first meet Harold ("mayor of mole town") he has the brown bag of food in his arms, then they switch to a shot showing his back and he is swinging his arms which indicates that he doesn't have the bag in his arms, and then when they return to the front s
  • Episode 04 - Goof (errors in geography): When Dr. Brennan, Special Agent Booth, and the Sheriff go searching in the forest in Washington State, there is a shot of Yosemite National Park's Half Dome geological formation, in California.
  • Episode 07 - Goof (factual errors): SPOILER: Agent Booth states that David Ross will be charged with statutory rape for having sex with April Wright, a 17 year old intern. Age of consent in Washington D.C. (and 30 of the 50 states) is 16, making her of legal age. There are only 12 states where age of consent is 18.
  • Episode 22 - Goof (errors made by characters, possibly deliberate errors by the filmmakers): When Bones is looking at the DNA test results she points to the first three results and says that they are hers, Rus', and her mom's when they aren't.
