Mistakes/Goofs
- Goof (errors made by characters, possibly deliberate errors by the filmmakers): When Booth was saying nothing had better happen to Bones he said her hair was black, when in fact her hair is brown.
- Goof (errors made by characters, possibly deliberate errors by the filmmakers): Bones' description of the correct fighting technique for two-handed swords is not fully accurate. While it is mostly correct for a heavier "Bidenhänder", the "Excalibur" prop sword is more along the lines of a hand-and-a-half, where the hand would usually not be placed above the crossguard.
- Goof (factual errors): Hodgins & Fisher claim the remnant of chain mail found was rare, and could only have come from 3 sources due to the rarity of the reproduction. In truth, there are many vendors who have riveted chain mail available in the USA. Riveted chain mail is one of the most popular types of armor in use by many Medieval Reenactment groups.
- Goof (incorrectly regarded as a mistake): Booth incorrectly said that Bones had black hair when, in fact her hair is brown. At the time, Booth was taking Vicodin for back pain. The mistake actually served to show the effects of the medication and, perhaps, was not a goof at all.
Trivia
- Booth's apartment is at 3249 Mount Pleasant Street, Washington, DC.
- Fisher mentions being a fan of Buffy the Vampire Slayer, which starred David Boreanaz. Joel David Moore, who plays Fisher, also guest starred on Buffy's Boreanaz-fronted spin-off Angel.
