I found this show via Joost. It's called Black Blood Brothers and Joost is hosting the whole series of 12 episodes. Typical vampire stuff - there are clans/bloodlines and they war, also have some trouble fitting into human society. In this story, the vampires of the world can find sanctuary in the "Special Zone" just outside Tokyo. There is also "The Company" which keeps vampires in check and makes sure that people don't get freaked out by them. There is a renegade bloodline which could cause the end of all vampires and humans so ruthless are they, and there is a great warrior who is really their only match. This warrior, who is stylized ALOT like Alucard of the infamous Hellsing series, has travelled to the Special Zone with his younger brother just in time to fight a new uprising of the renegade bloodline. Along the way, they are befriended by a "Compromiser" from The Company who tries her damndest to welcome them, though both vampires and humans are set against this great warrior, Silverblade or Jiro, living in their city as destruction tends to follow him.

I like this because I like vampire stories about massive clan battles and that. The story and sidestory are pretty cool and straightforward, a little less complex and mysterious than Hellsing. Jiro is not anywheres near as cool as Alucard, and thusly neither are the battles, but the supporting players are very interesting (I especially like the younger brother who is an immensely interesting character in his naive, gentle, playful, and positive approach to the world). Audio is English. Animation doesn't stuffer from stilted moments (a la Bleach). Most annoying thing is the intro and exit music, but I'm never a fan of that genre (soft ballads with pretentious lyrics) but I know there are many manga/anime fans who live for that ear garbage. Recommended to vampire fans, probably a lukewarm suggestion for anime fans (who'd probably want something more absurd and fighting/stat oriented) and certainly doesn't contain any horror elements besides occasional blood and bits of vampire philosophy and lore.
