Summary: For security reasons, the government has only one copy of the Cobalt-14 plans, and one working prototype missile. So when a caveman breaks into the meeting and steals the plans, and a mastodon threatens the missile itself, the military realizes they are outclassed and calls on the one man who can protect their vital secrets: Birdman! But can even Birdman deal with a madman who can draw servants from any point in the past?
