Summary: The Galactica undergoes repairs using a Cylon substance that can help maintain the structural integrity. With Boomer's help, Ellen Tigh escapes Cavil's ship and reunites with the fleet completing the gathering of the Final Five. Caprica Six miscarries Tigh's child ending the hope that Cylons can reproduce with their own kind.

According to Ronald D. Moore's commentary (podcast/DVD), the original title for this episode was "A Drowning Woman". The title would have referred to Galactica herself, as the ship is being rescued from "death".
