MISTAKES/GOOFS

MISC: When Cally enters the launch tube, she looks out a side window and sees open space. In all exterior special effects shots, the launch tubes are depicted as being housed internally in Galactica's landing bays, with only the outer hatch exposed to space. It would be impossible to view space from the side of the tube.
FAKE: When Tori hits Callie in the launch tube, the 'metal' runners on the deck fold flat beneath Callie as she falls, clearly being some sort of rubber material and not metal.
