Summary: The Jokerz steal a highly experimental hovercraft designed for military warcraft. Then, Batman gets involved when their joyride begins to cause destruction all over the city. Then, with the Batmobile destroyed, Batman will have to team up with a government official behind the project to take down the Jokerz and get the hovercraft back into government hands.
