Summary: Banks are being robbed all over Gotham city by a pair of invisible thiefs. Batman deducts it's Cassandra Spellcraft and her husband Cabala. Their plan is to steal the Mope diamond with their new weapon, Alvino-ray gun which causes its victims to become two-dimensional.
