Summary: The Mad Hatter is sick of stealing hats and changes his style by stealing hat related items. Batman decides the first crime will be stealing a ruby from Hattie Hatfield at the Head-dressers Ball. During a fracas, Batman's cowl is sprayed with a radioactive mist forcing him to change his disguise.
