Summary: Escaping from a refrigerator, Batman is stopped by a newspaper reporter and shown a pic of him wearing the commissioners watch stolen during the Wayne manor party. Believing to have destroyed the Dynamic Duo's reputation, Mr. Freeze blackmails the Gotham forefathers relatives to each pay him $1,000,000.
