Summary: The Dynamic Duo escape death from electrocution by a freak power blackout. After listening to an audio tape they find out that Susie the cheerleader is part of The Jokers gang. Having rigged the vending machine with the exam papers, The Joker snaps incriminating pictures of the basketball team holding the exam tests to get them suspended before the big game so he could win a huge bet he made on the game.

MISTAKES/GOOFS

CONT: First Batman says that it's a school holiday, which refers to a weekday the school is let out. Then later in the same day he says it's Saturday.
CONT: Batman's shadow on the wall behind the Joker and his men shows him holding up his cape in his trademark pose to frighten of villains. but Batman stopped striking that pose as he began to speak.

TRIVIA

Just where is Gotham City located? Due to the many puns on New York City landmarks which appear in this series ( the New Guernsey Turnpike, Spay Stadium, Short Island Sound, the Washington Tunnel. etc.), it's commonly believed that Gotham City IS New York City. Apparently not, as we discover in this episode: when the Joker's electric chairs fail to electrocute the Dynamic Duo, and the city below simultaneously goes dark, the Joker exclaims, "Gotham City must be having a power failure, just like New York!"
