Summary: The Mad Hatter is set on revenge against The Batman and the 12 members of the jury that convicted him and sent him to prison. He uses The Super Instant Mesmerizer concealed in his top hat to steal the hats of the jurors, and their owners. After collecting most of the jury The Mad Hatter decides it's time to steal Batman's cowl, what he calls his "thirteenth" hat, as an attempt to trap Batman and Robin.
