Summary: The station is in mourning over Sheridan's rumoured demise, and Ivanova is taking it the hardest as she blames herself. The participants in the defence treaty have nearly all withdrawn their fleets. Not having a strong leader in Sheridan, they no longer believe that there is any way to win. Delenn is fasting and praying, she's the only one that believes that he may be alive. Londo is back on Centauri to take the office that he's been assigned to. He wasn't pleased about it, but makes the most of being at the royal court. He's horrified to see how much it has changed - and that the country is now led by an insane emperor.
