Summary: The Nightwatch are taking a more agressive attitude in controlling expression of views and upholding codes of conduct. Things are a bit unstable after President Clark has been revealed as the man behind the murder of the former President Santiago. While the world awaits to hear if the proof of his guilt is correct, Bester is pursuing somebody he claims to be of danger to B5. A drug has been spread through the station, called dust and works as a telepathic conduit into somebody elses brain.
