Summary: The space station is still reeling from the revelation of Kosh's true shape. A ranger, Marcus Cole, arrives to the station, having narrowly escaped from a warzone. The station is visited by a representative of the Earth Force Special Intelligence division, he wishes to find out more about the Shadows. The knowledge of it, isn't given him lightly, and a secret war council is formed as the threat of Shadows is a growing concern. Mollari is trying to break the pact with Mr Morden. It's proving more difficult than Londo naïvely thought it would be as he owes them.

MISTAKES/GOOFS

FAKE: When the liaison for the shadows leaves Ambassador Mollari's quarters, the door can be seen bouncing back after it swings down and hanging in a position in which it is not fully sealed.

TRIVIA

Jason Carter (I) was afraid his costume would be a skintight spandex outfit, such as was seen on Star Trek. When he was shown his Ranger outfit he was delighted, exclaiming, "This is perfect! I could walk out on a stage and play Hamlet wearing this!"
