Summary: Kosh requires Talia's services in a business transaction. As Talia tries to deal with one of the most curious negotiations she's experienced - the Narn society is putting pressure on Sinclair to arrest a war criminal known as Deathwalker. The problem is, Deathwalker is working on a serum that would grant immortality and this creates a problem as her work is prioritized from highest Earth authority.
