Arthur is an American and Canadian educational children’s television series based on book. Arthur generally revolves around Arthur Timothy Read, an anthropomorphic aardvark, and his daily interactions with his peers and family. The series often deals with social and health-related issues that affect young children. There is a strong emphasis on the educational value of books and libraries.
