Summary: Michael and Buster travel to Iraq to rescue G.O.B. who had been imprisoned while on a USO tour. There they encounter a WMD -- web of mass deception -- that involves the Bluth family. Back in the states, George Michael plans a Sweet 16 birthday surprise party for Maeby.

When Buster (Tony Hale (I)) sticks his hand to the the roof of the stair-car, he is doing the robot to Styx's "Mr. Roboto." This is a reference to the actor's appearance in a Volkswagen commercial using the same song.
