Summary: George Michael gives Ann a promise ring, which worries Michael that their relationship is progressing too fast. Michael decides to talk to Ann's parents, but his talk with them doesn't go as well as planned. Meanwhile, G.O.B. and George, Sr. team up to get Lucille away from Oscar.

MISTAKES/GOOFS

CREW: During the "On the next Arrested Development", when we see Buster and Lucielle, a cameraman is clearly visible standing on the right side of the screen. (Only in wide-screen versions.)

TRIVIA

The script that Maebe reads at the beginning of the episode while she is at her office is called "Operation Hot Mother"; which is the plan Buster and Michael came up with to save George Michael from Motherboy several episodes earlier.
Though Michael comments that Mrs. Veal seems too young to be Anne's mother and Pastor Veal's wife, the actors that play Mrs. Veal and Pastor Veal are actually the same age.
Mrs. Featherbottom (Tobias) says his car was shipped over from Blackstool. Blackstool is not a place in England, but a medical condition which human feces are an unusual color, usually black (hence the name).
