No the Heart of Archness episodes are season 3 episodes, as the official Archer web site on FX stipulates. Since the FX site is a first-hand reference, we use them as a guide, not a third-party web site like Wikipedia. (It would be like, Wikipedia following us for information - silly really.)
Anyway, I think you'll find the Wikipedia has corrected the episode numbers now.
