12 people leave their comfortable lives and easy jobs to see if they have what it takes to tackle the hardest jobs in America. The competition will test people’s strength, endurance, perseverance, stamina and fortitude. Each week, their new boss and colleagues will decide if their performance was good enough and then decide who will be sent home.
