Summary: The family blows Steve's college fund after the treehouse they believed him and Roger were in is blown to peices in a lightening storm. Meanwhile, actually off in New York City, Roger gambles on Wall Street and Steve takes up a comedy routine. However, when both plans fail, the boys desperately try to get back on top.
