Summary: While ditching Gym class, Steve meets Debbie, an intelligent, somewhat goth, overweight girl, who becomes his first girlfriend. When Steve invites Debbie over for dinner, Stan is appalled at her weight, causing him to realize his own weight lately. Stan goes on a crash diet, and develops an eating disorder. Steve worries having Debbie around is only making things worse, and must make a hard decision. Meanwhile, Roger waits for Stan and Debbie to break up so he can make his move.
