Summary: Francine discovers that she is out of the social group that is her neighborhood. So she decides to host a block party to get back in touch. Stan discovers that one of their neighbors is Iranian, and immediatly suspects that they are terrorists. In order to prepare Steve, Stan makes him join a group of scouts that he tinks will toughen Steve out, but it turns out they are "bad boys". Meanwhile, Roger is convinced that he has secret alien powers and is determinded to figure out what they are.
