Amanda, owner of "Amanda's by the Sea" is trying to survive in the Hotel business despite the actions of her staff. Her son, fresh out of hotel management school and full of more theory than experience, his wife, who would rather be back in the big city, and the bellhop Aldo, whose home country is a mystery, but is definitely not somewhere that English is spoken.
