Allo! Allo! (UK)- Show Reviews |

This sit-com set in wartime France is one of the best ever produced, with almost every comic characterisation you can think of. People in the UK still use many of its myriad catchphrases. There is a loose underlying story of the fallen Madonna with... no you watch it and find out! You will not be sorry. BTW please only post reviews here not comments or questions which should be in the forums. Thankyou Quark - Moderator |

Brilliant show. Officer crabtree and his very poor French pronunciation was absolutely wonderful. The actor who played Crabtree was recently in a WW1 film called the flyboys. He played a French officer in that too. |

Funny but I always thought it was too corny. Seaside humour and out of date. |

Glorious, politically-incorrect series. Corny as anything but what a shame that they don't make them like that anymore. |
