Summary: As Annie confronts Dr. Sinclair about her past relationship with Richie, Bianca and Reese, Kendall and Zach continue to deal with the aftermath of Reese and Zach kissing before her wedding. Meanwhile, Ryan has a hard time coming to terms that Greenlee is gone and vows to make Zach pay for her death.
