  • Episode 14 - Goof (revealing mistake): The police cars shown in the scenes supposedly set in Berlin look nothing like German police cars. Real German police cars are not black and do not have red numbers on the side. Instead they are usually green and white in most German states, blue and white in others. Since the bombing sce
  • Episode 05 - Goof (errors in geography): Agent Sydney Bristow goes to Buenos Aires, Argentina, seeking a former KGB psychologist. The footage shows a villa surrounded by low hills, which Buenos Aires doesn't have. The whole city of Buenos Aires is a plain terrain.
  • Episode 01 - Goof (continuity error): Sydney is shot in the shoulder in the opening moments. On a later mission to France, she wears a dress with shoulder straps far too small to conceal the bandages.
  • Episode 22 - It takes virtually an entire season (from 2x22 to 3x19) for us to find out what the title of this episode, "The Telling", actually refers to.
  • Episode 05 - Goof (continuity error): Irina has a blanket and pillow in her cell when she comes back to the CIA Rotunda. However later on in Passage: Part 1 Irina asks for some comfort in the shape of a blanket and a pillow.
