Adventures of the Seaspray (AU)
The Adventures of The Seaspray told of an Australian family sailing the South Pacific coming across smugglers, haunted islands, shipwrecked sailors, criminals, native tribes and hidden treasure. As the title suggests, it was an adventure series, with no underlying themes apart from the standard ‘good will always triumph over evil’. Made in Australia but first aired in the US.

[show]There were a few changes made between the pilot and the rest of the series: Walter Brown replaced Joe McCormick in the lead role, and the family's surname was changed. Leoni Lesinawi played a Fijian policeman, before being cast as a crewman. The original series title was changed from "The Cruise Of The Seaspray" to the more familiar "Adventures".
[hide] - Leoni Lesinawi appeared as a policeman, his real-life job. He was later cast as crewman Willyum.
- This was the pilot for a series originally entitled "The Cruise Of The Seaspray". The title was changed to "Adventures..." after the go-ahead was given for a series.
