• In this episode, which takes place at a movie studio, the director, Mr. Carr, is being played by Stephen Carr (I), the brother of real life director Thomas Carr (I), who directed this episode. Steve Carr served as dialogue director for Season One and appeared uncredited in much of Season One, as well as served as the man pointing to Superman in the sky in the classic opening credits of Seasons One and Two.
• Although their names are listed in the end credits, Phyllis Coates and Jack Larson (I) do not actually appear in this episode.
