Wife of Harry Mills and mother of Annie and Dixon Mills, who works as a fashion photographer. She has a good relationship with her husband and children, but clashes with her mother-in-law Tabitha. She feels her and Harry's positions as the parents are threatened by the fact that they live in Tabitha's house, a feeling which is exasperated when Tabitha contradicts Debbie's wishes in raising her children.
