Summary: Simon grows frustrated when Rose informs him that she does not want to marry in his father's church, or in any church for that matter. Kevin organizes a Valentine's Day dinner at the hotel where he and Lucy were engaged and invites Eric, Annie, Simon and Rose to join them, but neglects to tell Lucy. Lucy shows up in a sexy outfit and is shocked to see that her family is there. Annie tries to make peace with Rose and ends up confusing Rose about Simon's relationship with Sandy. Ruthie volunteers to help an elderly neighbor who has spent her life pining away for a man that got away, causing Ruthie to evaluate her obsession with Martin.
