Trivia
- Matthew Weiner and Jack Burditt are listed as the writers of "Bitch Hunter". Burditt is a writer for 30 Rock and Weiner is the creator of Mad Men, a show which features former guest-star Jon Hamm in the leading role and is referenced during this episode.
- While Tina Fey was head writer of Saturday Night Live, she oversaw and participated in a Mother's Day episode that featured cast members' mothers, including her own.
- The Mother's Day episode of "TGS" ends with the mothers each singing a piece of a cheerful song. At least two of the mothers are played by actresses who are primarily famous for their roles in Broadway musicals - Elaine Stritch, who plays Colleen (Jack's mom) and Patti LuPone, who plays Sylvia Rossitano (Frank's mom). LuPone deliberately sang her character's line off-key, even though she has won two Tony awards for musical theater performances (and been nominated for another three).
