Summary: Jack attends a party honoring Colin Powell and falls for a Democratic congresswoman named C.C. However, their polar opposite beliefs force them to try to be a couple under the radar. Meanwhile, Liz thinks her neighbor might be a terrorist after a series of events -- he won't shake Liz's hand, he helps Pete rewire the toaster, and has maps all over his house. Liz's paranoia gets the best of her and she calls the Homeland Security office.
