Mistakes/Goofs
- Goof (errors made by characters, possibly deliberate errors by the filmmakers): As General Electric is also a defense contractor, it makes no sense for Martha Blanch to call for a boycott of it in order to avenge Jenna's inadvertent insult against the military.
Trivia
- This episode was used for Emmy submission for Best Comedy Series in 2007.
- One of the protesters outside NBC in the final scene is holding a sign bearing the Bible reference 'Ecclestiastes 10:19'. That passage reads, 'Feasts are made for laughter; wine gladdens life, and money meets every need.'
- While playing trivial pursuit with Tracey, Dotcom asks him to name the only egg laying, land dwelling mammal, which Tracey incorrectly thinks is the Easter Bunny. The actual answer is the Echidna. The duck billed platypus also lays eggs but lives mostly on the water.
- The episode was formerly titled "Negotiation."
- Kenneth reveals Dot Coms last name to be Slaugherty. Grizz's is Grizzwold.
