He makes his way to the coast of the city of Santa Barbara. He gets a lead on the bio-terrorists and goes to Cal State Santa Barbara University. He engages in a fierce chase and firefight and recovering Kim from the hands of the terrorists is his primary objective. Jack's secondary objective is the remaining vials. |
