Summary: Tony provides Jack with a number to Bill Buchanan, who reveals that Tony is undercover; they, along with Chloe O'Brian, are attempting to expose a government conspiracy involving the CIP device. Henry meets with Samantha, the deceased first son's ex-girlfriend. Colonel Dubaku, having received the CIP device, demands that the United States government abort the invasion of Sangala. To preserve Tony's cover, Jack breaks him out of FBI custody, incapacitating Renee along the way.

GEOG: Many of the vehicles bear Vancouver license plates not Washington, DC plates. This is more especially noticeable on the blue van Buchanan is driving when he picks up Tony and Jack after they escape from the FBI building.
