MISTAKES/GOOFS
- FACT: Kyle Singer says he is at the mall and Tony gives the address as Vermont and Sunset. The only thing that is mostly recognized in Vermont and Sunset is a Subway Station. There is no such mall.
- CONT: When Tony is confronting Kyle Singer, there is nobody standing behind him. In the next shot, there is a man in white behind him, then the man disappears again in the next shot.
- CONT: While Jack is waiting for Nicole Dunken to arrive he rolls up his shirt to put a rubber strap around his arm. A line can be seen on his arm from a rubber strap before he puts it on.
- FACT: If the action takes place in 2006-2007 (according to Kyle Singer's license) then how could there be a presidential campaign, since a presidential election occurs every leap year.
TRIVIA
- In Canada, during the original Global broadcast of this episode, an unscheduled commercial break took place right after Tony was shot and the end split-screens. This behavior continued during the broadcast of "Day 3: 4:00 P.M. - 5:00 P.M.". After the break appeared in Hour 4, fans disgusted with the extra commercial wrote Global saying, "Taking a break in the middle of this show destroys its real-time concept," and "Why are you tampering with a successful formula?" After these letters were mailed in, Global put a stop to the extra commercial.
- The "mall" that they were filming at was the Glendale Gallery which is located about 5-8 miles far away from the location that they gave off as Vermont and Sunset.
- According to his license, Kyle Singer was born on November 19, 1987. Since he is referred to as 19 years old, this would place the action around 2006-2007.
- Chase's cell number is 818-749-5115.
