MISTAKES/GOOFS

CONT: Jack is supposed to be naked, but you can see Kiefer's underwear in one of the torture scenes.
CONT: In the season 1 episode, 2:00-3:00 A.M., Jack changes his shirt revealing (Kiefer's real life) upper arm tattoos. In this episode, the tattoos are missing, covered in foundation make up.

TRIVIA

This episode received minor controversy (mostly due to Jack's torture scene) from the Parents Television Council (an anti-violence/sex/language organization), being named the least family-friendly program on television that week.
The writers originally planned to use O'Hara as Jack's tormentor in this episode, but they decided to use the character of Ronnie Stark instead, saving O'Hara's action for the next hour.
