MISTAKES/GOOFS

CONT: In the Warner office, Reza is handcuffed to the chair when looking through the computer. In the next scene Marie kills Agent Richards and Reza is no longer handcuffed to the chair.
CONT: When Marie enters Reza's office to talk to him, she puts her purse on the table and sits on his lap. Later when told to wait outside she picks her purse up from the floor behind Reza's chair.
CONT: Kate Warner holds a bloody towel to her wounded earlobe. She puts it away and you can see a very clean band aid around the lobe.
CONT: After Kate Warner is saved, Jack Bauer is talking to her outside but her hair keeps changing. It goes from one ear sticking out, to covering up the ear, to the hair being behind the ear, back to one ear sticking out.
CONT: In the Warner office, when the computer is switching on, it's starting up/running/starting up between shots.

TRIVIA

SPOILER: Originally the writers planned to have Bob Warner be the dirty member of the Warner family. They were inspired to make it Marie after the story of "American Taliban" member John Walker Lindh.
