MISTAKES/GOOFS

SYNC: The henchman that is looking for Jack's wife and daughter in the shack who is called away to regroup by Gaines exits via some steps. After he has finished walking down the few steps sound effects of footsteps descending steps can still be heard.
CREW: SPOILER: After Nina Myers recovers from the fake shooting (staged by Jack Bauer) she manages to find a building in which she tries to call CTU. She can't get a hold of Jamie and when she is thinking who to call next, a camera man is seen on the right edge of the screen for a few seconds.
CREW: When Jack, Teri and Kim are waiting for the helicopters to arrive and Kim decides all of a sudden to come out of their hiding spot, we can clearly see a guy at the left of the screen who is obviously not part of the story right after the explosion.
CONT: When Senator David Palmer and his chief of staff are in the limo discussing how to proceed in light of Ferragamo's death, the background in the rear window suddenly changes. When Palmer is saying "Maureen Kingsley is going to get the story of her career", trees and a vehicle suddenly appear where there was only blue sky.
CREW: 25 minutes in, when Jack and his family have almost made it to the water tower, Kim insists on checking if Rick is in there. As she gets up and says "There's no-one even around", we see a crew member crouching down on the left side of the screen.

TRIVIA

Had it not been picked up further than its original 13 episodes, the series would have ended with Jack, Teri, and Kimberly in the chopper.
Mrs. Vasquez was originally called Erica Farrell. It was changed, but the crediting wasn't.
