MISTAKES/GOOFS

CONT: While she was taken hostage by Gaines, Kim Bauer was wearing from take to take a different pair of shoes (her regular were high heel sandals - then suddenly flat slippers). To be seen first at 08:35. Happened after that a couple of times until they could break free.
CONT: When Nina Myers comes back from the room were she and Tony Almeida were hiding, while she speaks with Milo Pressman about where she was, there's a repeat of the alert concerning Palmer on the screen behind them: we see Palmer get pushed down by the man who's supposed to be struggling with Jack Bauer on the upper floor. (6min 33s)
CONT: In the previous episode, Jack called Frank "Miller" to get clearance for the breakfast, but now his last name is "Simes".

TRIVIA

Elisha Cuthbert couldn't run in the sandals so the costume department painted sneakers to match.
On January 20, 2002, Kiefer Sutherland won a Golden Globe for best actor in a television drama. The series was also nominated, but didn't win.
While filming the scenes at the power plant, Kiefer Sutherland bruised his forehead on a pipe. If you look closely you can see it at the beginning of this episode despite the makeup.
