Mistakes/Goofs
- Goof (crew or equipment visible): When Jack and Walsh go through a door looking for the gunmen a member of crew is clearly standing in the corridor in shot.
- Goof (continuity error): The opening recap features Jamey telling Jack on the phone that the card came from Nina's computer. But she did not say this in the previous episode.
