His father portrayed the old version of his character Dr. Forrester in the final episode of the seventh season of _"Mystery Science Theater 3000" (1988)_ (qv).
Was the original Crow T. Robot on _"Mystery Science Theater 3000" (1988)_ (qv) as well as the original antagonist, Dr. Clayton Forrester, named after the hero of the 1950s film version of _The War of the Worlds (1953)_ (qv).
Based his characterization of Dr. Forrester from some jerky club owners he encountered on the stand up comedy circuit.
