BIOGRAPHY:

Thomas Lawrence Knight is the third-oldest of five siblings (3 boys, 2 girls), all of whom act. He attended Delce Junior School in Rochester from year 4 onwards and currently goes to Sir Joseph Williamson's Mathematical School as a Year 13 sixth-former.

Knight has said that he does not expect to continue as an actor indefinitely. He told Doctor Who Magazine, "I'd like to be a pediatrician when I'm older."

• Middle of 5 children, brother of 'Emily Knight (II)' (qv).
• Along with 'David Tennant (I)' (qv), 'Elisabeth Sladen' (qv), 'John Leeson' (qv), 'Alexander Armstrong' (qv) and 'Lachele Carl' (qv), he is one of only six actors to play the same character (Luke Smith) in both _"Doctor Who" (2005)_ (qv) and _"The Sarah Jane Adventures" (2007)_ (qv).
