Went to high school with Arizona Diamondback Luis Gonzalez - the two remain good friends today.
Named after his paternal grandfather Constantino Martinez. His maternal grandfather was also named Constantino.

Slick-fielding, power-hitting first baseman for the Seattle Mariners (1991-1995; #23), New York Yankees (1996-2001, 2005; #24), St. Louis Cardinals (2002-2003; #31, #21), and Tampa Bay Devil Rays (2004; #24).
