He and his cousin, 'Fredro Starr' (qv), were both members of the hip hop group Onyx, releasing their first album in 1993. The two acted together in _Clockers (1995)_ (qv).
Is a very good and close friend with Method Man, and played an extra with him in Boricua's Bond (2000).
