- Was a co-star and producer for _Dancing at the Blue Iguana (2000)_ (qv), about strippers. Intrigued by it all, she actually started stripping classes in Los Angeles as a way to provide a workout for the mind, body and spirit, and her course is now in great demand.
- Developed a post-pregnancy exercise routine known as "The S Factor" which combines yoga, dance and erotic movements. Also wrote a book on the exercise routine.
- Lovely dark-haired actress who formed The Elephant Company, a theatre group, in the 1980s.
- Former dance major at New York University.
