BIOGRAPHY:

Studied at George Brown Theatre School in Toronto. She waited tables for five years, did some theatre work and the odd commercial. Even kept her comedic bent alive in the Toronto sketch comedy group, the Atomic Fireballs, she formed with three other women.

• Attended the University of Ottawa.
• Before joining the Atomic Fireballs, she was part of the comedy-sketch troupe Catch 21.
• Is married to fellow _"The Daily Show" (1996)_ (qv) correspondent 'Jason Jones (I)' (qv).
• She is the first non-U.S. correspondent on _"The Daily Show" (1996)_ (qv) with 'Jon Stewart' (qv).
• Gave birth to a baby girl named Piper Bee-Jones (January 2006).
• Gave birth to her second child, son Fletcher Jones, on June 20, 2008.
